Full Refund – Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.
Partial Refund – Cancellations made more than 5 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Refund – Cancellations made less than 4 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Early Departure & No-Shows
• If a guest checks in but decides to leave early, the unused nights are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Force Majeure
In case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions preventing travel, guests may be eligible for a credit or refund at the host’s discretion.
